I went and saw the Parts Canada Bike races earlier this
year.....events have been running since last year. There are no real
facilities for spectators though.

Are spectators discouraged or allowed?

I guess spectators were encouraged as tickets for the Sunday were
going for $30.00, there were "porta-potties" available and of course
we cannot forget the "beer-garden" <G> There were no stands built
yet....from what I heard thru the grapevine is that the track has a
deal where no stands can be installed for the first three years. This
I think was one of the conditions. I have a couple of friends who have
ran on a couple of track days and just loved it.
